King prawn noodles

Easy and fast meal for your weekdays. The prawns are super crunchy!

Ingredients

300- 400 g prawns

3 nests medium egg noodles

tbsp veg/rape seed oil

1 Carrots, Sliced

2 Spring Onion, Chopped

1 red/yellow pepper, Sliced

sesame seeds

Sauce Mix

2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce

1 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce

1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup

1 Tbsp sesame oil

Method

1 Cook the noodles, in boiling water for 3 mins. Drain and set aside.

2 Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and fry the pepper for 2 mins, medium heat, until soften.

3 On a high heat, add in the prawns, cook for 60 secs and add in the noodles and toss together,

4 Add the sauce mix and heat everything through for 2-3 mins, until piping hot. Garnish with sesame seeds, spring onions or chives!
