
Ingredients
- 300 g Egg noodles
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons light Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon veg or rapeseed oil
- 4 spring onion sliced
- 2 crushed Garlic clove
Instructions
Prep noodles- boiled noodles for 1-2 mins and drained. Rinse under cold water, set aside.
- Add a tablespoon Sesame oil, a tablespoon dark soy sauce, 2 tablespoon soy sauce and a tablespoon oyster sauce into a bowl and mix.
- In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon veg oil, add in Spring onions and Garlic clove. Cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes, until softened.
- Now add Egg noodles, cook for 1 minute on medium/high heat.
- Add in the sauce, mix and cook for 1 minute and serve.
