Soy Sauce Noodles 豉油皇炒面

Ingredients

  • 300 g Egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon veg or rapeseed oil 
  • 4 spring onion sliced
  • 2 crushed Garlic clove 

Instructions

Prep noodles- boiled noodles for 1-2 mins and drained. Rinse under cold water, set aside.

  1. Add a tablespoon Sesame oil, a tablespoon dark soy sauce2 tablespoon soy sauce and a tablespoon oyster sauce into a bowl and mix.
  2. In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon veg oil, add in Spring onions and Garlic clove. Cook on a medium heat for 2 minutes, until softened.
  3. Now add Egg noodles, cook for 1 minute on medium/high heat.
  4. Add in the sauce, mix and cook for 1 minute and serve.
