BBQ or Oven Baked sticky Pork Ribs   烤 粘 排 骨

Got wet wipes? You will need them after eating these ribs. Marinade for 15 minutes if you are in a hurry. Best to marinade overnight. They will be finger licking good!


bbq ribs

       Serves: 4-5
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Marinating time: 15 minutes or overnight
OVEN Time: Oven 50 minutes
BBQ GRILL– 24 -28 minutes

16-18 pork ribs
2 garlic cloves
10 ml water
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons yellow bean sauce
1 tablespoon 5 spice powder
1 1/2 tablespoons clear honey
1 teaspoon corn flour
½ teaspoon salt

• Wash, pat dry ribs, cut and separate each ribs. Pound the garlic into a paste. Mix the paste with all the above ingredients. Coat the ribs and marinade for 15 minutes or overnight.

For Oven-Preheat the oven to gas marks 6. Cover with kitchen foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for a further 15 minutes. Serve piping hot!

For BBQ– grill each sides for 6-7 minutes depending on  thickness of ribs. Serve piping hot!
