Grilled Spicy Wings 烤 辣 雞 翅
Lack of sunshine = no BBQ outdoors! Doesn’t have to be that way! Try these grilled wings indoors! The smell and taste of these should banish the rainy blues and brings a smile back on your face. Demolish them with a bottle of beer. Enjoy!

Ingredients
12-15 chicken wings
3-4 red Thai chilies
3 shallots
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon white pepper powder
1 or ½ a lime or lemon juice
Method
• Using a mortar and pestle, pound the garlic, chilies and shallots into a paste. Mix salt, pepper, sesame oil, lime/lemon juice and honey into the paste.
• Wash wings, pat dry with paper towels. Cut the wings from the drumsticks. Rub the drumsticks and wings with the paste.
• Heat a grill on high heat. Place drumsticks and wings onto the top rack and grill each side for 5 minutes. Serve!
